Bought what was sold as LSD at a festival. First red flag: intensely bitter and metallic taste, with numbing of the tongue. Real LSD is tasteless. I should have spit it out immediately.
The experience was extremely stimulating — heart pounding, heavy vasoconstriction, jaw clenching. Visuals were present but felt 'sharp' and electric compared to LSD's fluid warmth. Body load was intense and uncomfortable.
I felt genuinely unwell for much of the experience. Severe headache, difficulty regulating body temperature, and anxiety about cardiovascular effects. A friend at the same festival had a seizure from the same batch and was hospitalized.
This substance has killed people at doses that fit on a single blotter. ALWAYS test your substances with reagent kits. Marquis and Ehrlich reagents can distinguish NBOMe from LSD. If it's bitter, it's a spitter. This experience scared me into becoming an advocate for drug checking services.
