I took a 125ug tab of LSD and dissolved it into roughly 125ml filtered water overnight, left in the fridge with the light off. In the morning I consumed roughly 20-25ml of the water, held it in my mouth for 15 minutes and then swallowed. I normally set a timer whenever I dose with something on my phone, and so I started off the day with that.
It was quite the task as I had to pull together 2 and a half essay pages in under an hour in order to turn my assignment in on time. I waited til the morning of to finish up my essay. The first two hours, I felt a little funny. Almost like I was coming up on Lucy but different. There were no visuals. No headspace. Just this energetic feeling within me. My legs were bouncing up and down and I jumped at the opportunity to speak, and engage myself into a classroom discussion or conversation. First two hours were great.
Then my next class started and things started to get a little strange. I felt as if I couldn’t focus on what was going on. My mind started to wander a little bit. I got a hint of tracers (probably a little too high of a dose but nothing unmanageable). Once I realized that was probably where it was headed to, I let go and continued on.
My third class, a foreign language course, was actually quite interesting. I’m not sure what helped but I seemed to innately understand the class more. I was active and talkative, and had a mostly fun time. I will say microdosing seemed to have a very slight time dilation effect, although I’m going to attribute that to a possibly too high first MD.
Side effects were not noticeable for most of the day. Although I found myself moving around in my seat a lot, stretching my muscles more, and just trying to get comfortable (which I couldn’t seem to do). This transferred into the night, as falling asleep was a little difficult. I also found myself overwhelmingly exhausted and ready to sleep by 8pm.
The biggest side effect though was I believe the MD may have caused a night terror. I’ve had them most of my life, but last night’s terror was pretty bad and out of the ordinary. I haven’t had a night terror that bad in probably 6 months. Normally they are stress associated, so I assume that the MD.
That was my first micro dose. Overall I thought it was pretty interesting. Maybe the inaccurate, too high of dose, was to account for some of the more unwanted effects. Willing to try it again at some point next week, with a smaller dose.
Thanks for reading guys.
