A little history on me before I get to the report:
26 year old Male, 140 lbs / 5' 7".
Long term cannabis smoker, recently quit using cannabis due to negative health effects acquired after 8 years of smoking (blocked salivary glands, throat irritations). Spent 2 weeks detoxing, completely sober for 2 weeks prior to 1p-lsd (no substances at all, just health food). Only experience with psychedelics was salvia about 7 years ago... Salvia kept me from wanting to try others (terrible stuff)... but I decided after years of strengthening my mind that I was ready to try a microdose of 1P in hopes that it would increase my cognitive function, concentration, and overall sense of wellness.
Report:
11 am: popped 10 micrograms sublingually, my buddy popped 10 micrograms as well.
11:05 am: swallowed rest of tab
11:11 am: started to feel slight head change
11:17 am: Euphoria, body high, body feels light and almost weightless. Chest feels tingly. Colors and sounds seem enhanced/more enjoyable. Seems to be kicking in quicker than I imagined...
11:20 am: overall feelings of satisfaction and happiness, thoughts come out clearer than earlier this morning
11:30 am: both got the munchies, decided to play video games
12: feel high lol, kinda like opiate floating feeling and a mixture of cannabis without the paranoia. No anxiety, no bad feelings.
12-2: spent at creek, feelings of bliss and harmony with nature, care free, no worries. It seems as tho I am just doing and not really worrying about anything.
2:30: it feels as tho it is peaking, intensity, but overall satisfaction, this is the epitome of the trip. Gravity feels like it is useless.
2:30-4:30 burned a huge fire outside, endless amounts of energy, great for working and focusing.
4:30: still feel pretty euphoric, the high comes in waves, going to bake a chicken for dinner now.
4:30-5:45: Played video games and watched Dirty Grandpa simultaneously waiting for food. Feel more sedated, less euphoric, but still overall feel great.
5:45-6:30: Ate dinner, pretty typical evening.
6:30-11pm: More video games and TV... nothing eventful, just relaxing, no real noticeable effects.
11-12am: Very very tired, my normal bedtime is around 10:30 (lol) yet I felt good enough to watch TV late with my Dad but by midnight I passed out hard.
8 am waking up: Very foggy, feel very out of it. Brain feels slightly wobbly, body hurts.
This made me feel slightly anxious and worried that I may have did some damage to my body/brain. Took about 30 minutes, but I began to realize that my back pain was due to most likely running around picking up sticks/logs for an hour (bending over constantly) to feed the huge fire we made. Also we did do alot of hiking so I'm chalking this off as just being overworked. Drinking 2 glasses of water really helped. Still feel out of it but good enough to write this trip report. Going to go make a superfood smoothie to get some nutrients, then finish a 6 page paper due tomorrow for my writing class lol...
Overall conclusion: 1P is great in a microdose, I would definitely recommend trying it, and will do it again, however I'm not sure how much time is needed for me personally between doses. I couldn't imagine doing it daily... as the hangover effect is not desirable, but it is very tolerable. It beats a alcohol hangover.
Also note: from my research, LSD or 1P-LSD should never be taken when in a bad headspace. If you go into taking it in a bad environment or with bad feelings, the substance may intensify that. If you go into it with a plan, a good environment, and/or someone who you could share it with that you trust, your overall experience will be fantastic. I just don't believe it will make a bad situation better if that makes sense, so be head strong. If you can go outside and get away from the city and be in nature, I definitely recommend as everything is more vibrant and you feel more connected with nature. Music, video games, healthy food, funny movies, physical/mental activities are all things that are enjoyable as well. Anyway I need to go get that smoothie going... I hope my report helps yall. Stay Safe, God bless! :)
