Hello friends, I wanted to share my very first experience with microdosing 4-AcO-DMT.
I began this endeavor by first, dissolving 50 mg of the fumarate into 10 g of vodka in a tincture bottle. This would yield 5 mg/g of 4-AcO-DMT fumarate. I read that for every 1.24 mg of fumarate, this equates to 1 mg of 4-AcO-DMT.
Being my first experience with this particular compound I decided on 2.5 mg of the fumarate which would equate to 2 mg of 4-AcO-DMT.
I left my house for a nearby hike and began ascending the mountain. I first felt effects at the T+50 min mark from dosing. It was a subtle psychedelic feeling yielding the familiar microdosing effects such as enhanced creativity, slightly elevated mood, greater attention to detail, appreciation of music, feeling in a state of flow, and enhanced sensations.
I am now at around the T+3:00 mark from dosing and still am feeling all the positive effects.
Overall I am very impressed with this compound and it is extremely similar to a psilocybin mushroom microdose in the range of 0.2-0.4 gs dried.
I probably won't play around with the dosage too much as it seems to be a sweet spot of sorts. For my next experience with this compound I will try a 10 mg dose in hopes of mimicking a ~1.5 g cubensis effect.
